If a hosting or VPS service cannot be delivered as described, contact us within 7 days of activation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are generally not refundable after the domain is submitted to the registry, because registry fees are incurred immediately.
SSL orders that have already been issued by the certificate authority are not refundable.
